Shipping & Returns

Payments accepted are Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal(credit card via paypal), or Cash on Pick-up

Pickup is available , usually 7 days a week ( yes weekends too) , if prior arrangement is made . Just use the contact us  form or leave a comment when you make a purchase  and we will send you our phone number and organise a time that suits both customer and company.

 All items ordered that are in stock will be sent within 24hours of being ordered(excluding weekends). Items that are out of stock will be listed that way on the website,  unless we receive bulk orders, which could mean it may take several days or more to restock. Express post satchels insure fast (1-2 days) delivery time which is also registered. Standard post sachels vary, any where between 2-7 days throughout Australia. Overseas orders/bulk orders, please contact us for shipment prices. Overseas orders generally go by Airmail, or special orders go by Fed ex if arranged earlier and shipping costs are agreed upon. 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item(s) you purchase does not operate as advertised, but has no apparent damage, it may be considered defective. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty, and may not be covered, if they are they will handle any problems for you directly.If you have a problem contacting the manufacturer please contact us and we will assist you. If you believe that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you Contact us before taking any action. We will try our best to help you out how ever we can.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please Contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork to assist us in handling the matter.
